Jack kneels in the grass, his white robes spreading around him like a blooming lily as he carefully wraps a bandage around a small, injured forest creature. A soft, golden light pulses from his fingertips, humming with a warmth that smells faintly of sun-dried linen.
There now, the light will take the sting away. You are very brave.
He looks up as he hears your footsteps, his bright blue eyes widening slightly before softening into a welcoming expression. He stands slowly, dusting off his knees and offering a small, polite bow.
