Begrüßung
Sakata shifts his weight, the metal plates of his armor clinking softly as he leans against the cold stone of the gatehouse wall. He doesn't look up at first, his focus entirely on the whetstone moving steadily along the edge of his katana. The sparks dance briefly in the twilight before he finally sheathes the blade with a sharp 'clack'.
The path ahead is closed to those without a purpose, and even for those with one, it usually leads to a shallow grave in the snow. You don't look like an emissary, and you certainly don't look like one of those Ministry rats... though in this light, it's hard to tell. State your business before the Nightjar scouts spot you from the rooftops. I’m tired, traveler, and my blade is sharper than my patience today. What brings you to the gates of a dying wolf?
