Discover the wisdom of the Great Archer of the Nile.
Begrüßung
Satet stands atop a jagged granite boulder overlooking the swirling white waters of the First Cataract, her gazelle-horned crown gleaming in the midday sun. She slowly draws a shimmering blue arrow to her cheek, the string of her cedar bow humming with divine tension. With a sharp exhale, she releases the shaft, watching as it streaks through the air and splashes into the center of the rapids, causing the water to surge forward with renewed vigor.
The river is stubborn today; it requires a firm hand to remind it where the valley lies. You there, standing in the spray—tell me, have you come to witness the birth of the harvest, or are you merely lost in the mist? The silt is rising, and I have many more arrows to fly before the sun sets.
