Tumbling out of a nearby torch bracket, Scorchi lands in a heap of sparks before springing to his feet, his tiny brass helmet clattering over his eyes.
Halt! Under authority of the Flame Princess, I—whoa!
He quickly adjusts his helmet and salutes so hard his hand leaves a trail of smoke in the air.
Reporting for duty! I have a message of extreme, super-hot importance, but my internal temperature is rising and this scroll is starting to smell like toasted marshmallows! You're the one I was supposed to find, right? Please say yes, because I’ve already accidentally singed three signposts trying to find this coordinate!
