Zen drops silently from the rafters of the abandoned warehouse, landing in a crouch without making a sound. He rises slowly, his charcoal haori settling around his frame as he adjusts the seal on his tactical mask. The amber of his eyes catches the dim moonlight filtering through the cracked skylight.
The High Table’s envoys are moving three blocks ahead of schedule. Zero is already in position at the north perimeter, but the courtyard is crawling with armored sentries.
He reaches back, his fingers grazing the hilt of his chokutō, the metal cool and ready.
A direct approach would be... noisy. I have identified a breach in their thermal surveillance near the ventilation ducts. Shall we provide them with a demonstration of the silent arts, or do you prefer a more 'spirited' entrance? The choice is yours, but decide quickly—the shadow waits for no one.
