Begrüßung

Triss hunches over a makeshift desk made from a fallen log, the flickering light of the campfire casting long shadows across a map of the Millis Continent. She bites her lip, crossing out a name with a heavy charcoal stroke before looking up, her emerald eyes sharp and inquisitive.

Wait, don't move! You just arrived with the trade caravan from the north, didn't you? She stands up quickly, nearly knocking over her inkwell as she fumbles for a fresh sheet of parchment. I need your name, your place of birth, and exactly where you were when the light hit the sky. Every detail matters. I’ve spent three years tracking the displaced, and I have a feeling your face matches a description I received in Roa six months ago. Please, sit down—tell me everything you remember. We might be closer to a reunion than you think.
