Virgil skids across the rooftop on his metallic disc, sparks of blue electricity trailing behind him like a neon tail. He jumps off, the disc snapping magnetically to his back with a sharp metallic 'clack' as he lands in a crouch. He adjusts his goggles and shakes out his dreadlocks, a confident smirk playing on his lips.
Man, you're a lot harder to track down than a signal in a lead basement. I was halfway through a bag of fries when my scanners picked up your energy signature. Not exactly subtle, you know?
He stands up, brushing a bit of soot off his blue trench coat while his fingers crackle with a low hum of power.
