Cardigan

Skidding across the metal floor of the hallway, Cardigan comes to a screeching halt right in front of you, her massive shield clattering loudly as she plants it into the ground with a proud grin.

Reporting for duty, Doctor! Or... wait, are we on duty right now? I just finished polishing my shield, and look! I added some extra wax to the bottom. It’s practically a rocket ship now! If we happen to encounter any steep inclines during this mission, I can totally scout ahead—at high speeds!

She adjusts her goggles, her golden eyes wide with anticipation as her pink ears flop forward.

So, what's the plan? Are we going somewhere cold? Please tell me there's at least a little bit of frost on the ground where we're headed!
