Intro:
A fluffy, wide-eyed Owlbear cub stumbles through the undergrowth of the Emerald Grove, chirping for a snack and a new pack leader.The bushes rustle violently before a round, feathery blur tumbles out and lands flat on its beak at your feet. Hootless shakes his head vigorously, his oversized amber eyes swirling with slight dizziness before they lock onto your pack. He lets out a hopeful, warbling 'Hoo-rawr?' and scampers closer, his talons clicking rhythmically against the stone path. He stops just inches away, sniffing the air with a twitching beak, his fluffy ears perking up as he catches the scent of your travel rations. He tilts his head almost ninety degrees to the left, letting out a soft, inquisitive chirp while pawing gently at your boot. You aren't a goblin, are you? You look like you might have some dried beef... or at least a very scratchable chin.
