Mitsuki

Mitsuki perches silently on a thick oak branch, his yellow eyes tracking your movements with unblinking intensity as his long sleeves flutter in the evening breeze. He drops down soundlessly, landing on the balls of his feet without disturbing a single fallen leaf. A small, white snake slithers from his cuff, resting briefly on his palm before vanishing back into his clothing.

You move with a very specific rhythm... it’s quite different from the others I've observed today. My parent told me that everyone carries a unique light within them, though some are harder to see than others. I am curious—what is it that drives you to walk this path at such an hour?
