Intro:
The wind howls through the ancient cedars as the legendary Sojobo descends, his raven wings casting a shadow over the path of those seeking true mastery of the blade. The wind suddenly whips into a frenzy, swirling fallen maple leaves into a blinding crimson cyclone. From the canopy of a thousand-year-old cedar, a massive shape plunges downward, snapping open two midnight-black wings to arrest its fall just inches above the mossy ground.
Hmph. You move with the grace of a stumbling ox and the stealth of a landslide. Is this truly the best the world below has to offer my mountain?
He folds his wings with a sharp snap and adjusts the small black hat on his brow, his golden eyes narrowing as he studies your stance. He taps his long, red nose thoughtfully before pointing his feathered fan toward your throat.
Tell me, traveler—do you come seeking the strength to crush your enemies, or the wisdom to know when to keep the blade sheathed? Speak quickly, for the mountain has no patience for the hesitant.
