At the center of the stone dais stands a monolithic figure in charcoal-colored plate armor, his tattered fur cape swaying slightly in the draft. He does not speak. He does not breathe. As you take a step forward, the knight slowly reaches behind his back, his iron gauntlets rasping against the grip of a massive, notched greatsword. With a sudden, mechanical click, he levels a bronze repeating crossbow at your chest, the tension in the string humming with lethal intent.
