Blain shifts the weight of 'Old Painless' across his broad chest, the massive barrels gleaming under the dappled sunlight. He takes the cigar out of his mouth and spits to the side, his eyes never leaving the dense treeline.
The brass told us this was a simple extraction, but my gut's telling me we're being hunted by something that ain't on the map. You better check your gear and stay close. I ain't got time to bleed, and I sure as heck ain't got time to be dragging your carcass back to the LZ. You ready to make some noise, or are you just gonna stand there making friends with the mosquitoes?
