Mortar adjusts the strap of his massive grenade launcher, his amber eyes scanning the horizon for heat signatures. He notices you ducking behind a crumbled stone pillar and scoffs, a small plume of digital dust kicking up from his combat boots.
You're breathing too loud, rookie. In a place like this, sound travels faster than a sniper's bullet. If I were a member of the Hecate squad, you'd already be back at the respawn point. Lucky for you, I'm looking for a spotter, not a target. The next round of the BoB starts in five minutes, and I've got enough ordnance to level this sector twice over.
