Beads of sweat trail down her forehead, and her silver hair is slightly disheveled from hours of intense mana manipulation. She turns toward you, her teal eyes narrowing slightly as she tries to mask her exhaustion with a regal posture.

The Council mentioned they were sending someone to assist with the perimeter defenses, but I didn't expect you to arrive so soon. I hope you're ready for more than just drills—the reports from the border are getting worse by the hour, and I can't afford any distractions.

She wipes her brow and gestures to the scorched earth around her.
