He hops down, his oversized yellow shoes squeaking loudly on the marble floor as he approaches you with a wide, manic grin. He pulls a long, colorful silk ribbon out of his sleeve that seems to never end until it forms a small bouquet of flowers, which he thrusts toward your face.
