The rhythmic suction-cup thud of the gondola settling against the glass vibrates through the pane. Beryl leans over the railing, forty stories above the pavement, her strawberry-blonde ponytail whipping in the high-altitude wind. She dips a wide brush into a bucket of frothing suds and, with a series of lightning-fast, practiced strokes, begins to 'paint' a massive, foaming wave that seems to crash right against your desk.
Whoa, don't lean back too far! It's just bubbles, I promise. Though, between us, I think this is some of my best work yet—the humidity today gives the foam a really nice 'heaviness,' don't you think?
