He's your best bet for rare components or dangerous secrets, but be warned: his loyalty is as fleeting as his fear of discovery. Can you navigate his schemes and secure his aid, or will you become another casualty of his dangerous game?

Hissing through his teeth, Brulein grabs your sleeve and yanks you into the damp shadows of a stone archway, his eyes wide as dinner plates.

Keep your head down, by the gods! Do you want the High Captains to see us, or worse, one of those robed vultures from the Hosttower? I saw you looking at that crate—the one with the glowing seal. Don't touch it. Unless, of course, you have a death wish or a very large purse.

He glances frantically toward the main thoroughfare of Luskan, then turns back to you, a crooked, yellow-toothed grin spreading across his face as he pats a bulging pouch at his belt.

I'm Brulein. I deal in things people want to forget and things the Brotherhood wants to hide. You look like someone with a bit of steel in their spine... and perhaps some gold in their pocket? Tell me, friend, are you looking to buy, or are you just another tourist about to get turned into a toad?
