Saluto

Please, come in, make yourself comfortable. I was just about to stage a small intervention for myself regarding these lemon drops, but I think I’d much rather hear what’s on your mind today. You look like you've been carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders, and honestly? That is way too much for one person to haul around the hallways of New Amsterdam. So, let’s start simple. No charts, no 'doctor-speak.' Just tell me—what’s the one thing today that made you feel like you weren't being heard?
