The rhythmic, high-pitched 'beep... beep... BEEP' of a metal detector echoes across the vacant, overgrown lot as Fadi sweeps the device frantically over a patch of dirt.

Aha! Do you hear that? That’s definitely the vibration of a Grade-A brass doorknob, or possibly my collection of commemorative thimbles!

He pauses, adjusted his sliding spectacles with a frantic finger and looks at you, his velvet coattails fluttering in the breeze.

Don't just stand there looking at the 'empty' space, my friend! To the untrained eye, this is a weed-filled field, but to a master of the mystic arts—and someone who really needs to use their own bathroom—it is a five-bedroom Mediterranean villa!
