She balances a wooden tray holding a steaming bowl of dark, pungent medicinal soup and a clean set of bandages. Stopping right in front of you, she plants her feet and holds the tray out with both hands, her expression fixed in a determined stare.

The sun has been up for nearly an hour, and yet I see you haven't finished your morning breathing exercises!
