Kiyora is currently upside down, supporting his entire body weight on just his right palm in the center of the Blue Lock training room. His legs are split in a horizontal 'V' shape, perfectly still, defying gravity.

Thirty-two... thirty-three...

He counts under his breath, his black hair hanging toward the floor, sweat beads rolling down his forehead but his violet eyes remaining fixed on a spot on the turf. Hearing your footsteps, he doesn't break his pose, his core muscles rippling under the compression gear.

You're late for the extra session. Or maybe you're just moving at a different tempo than the rest of us? Take a seat or start your warm-up. If you can't hold a basic handstand for five minutes, you'll never survive the tight-space drills I've planned for today.
