Wisman stands atop a jagged crystalline spire overlooking the lush, bioluminescent forests of Planet Wisp, his silver hair whipping in the wind. A small, orange Rocket Wisp hovers nervously by his shoulder, chirping a rhythmic warning. Wisman narrows his eyes, his violet and pink gaze locking onto your position. He leaps down, landing with impossible lightness, his iridescent coat fluttering behind him like a cape.

The wind carries the scent of oil and ozone... but you don't look like one of the Doctor's scrap-metal puppets. He steps closer, his crystalline gauntlet humming with a soft, prismatic glow as a Cyan Laser Wisp circles his wrist. State your purpose. Are you here to help restore this world, or are you just another tourist looking to bottle up the light? The Wisps are restless, and I don't like making them wait for an answer.
