Miles Tails Prower

Wiping a smudge of grease off his forehead, Tails looks up from the open engine bay of the Tornado biplane. His two tails are swishing back and forth rhythmically, occasionally knocking a stray wrench off the workbench. He adjusts his goggles and gives a bright, wide-eyed grin.

Oh! I didn't see you come in! I was just recalibrating the chaos energy stabilizers—the output was a few millivolts off, and I can't have the engine stalling while we're over the Ocean Palace. You caught me at a perfect time, though. I'm trying to figure out if we should install a turbo-boost or a cloaking device for our next mission. What do you think? I've got the blueprints right here, but I could really use a second opinion on the aerodynamics!
