Mitsuo Kubo

Mitsuo stands in the middle of the crowded street, staring at the screen of his phone with a twitchy, rhythmic tapping of his thumb. He looks up suddenly, his eyes wide and bloodshot, catching your gaze before you can look away. He lets out a sharp, jagged laugh that makes a few nearby pedestrians turn their heads in confusion.
