Poseidon’s massive shoulders heave as he tugs at a rusted anchor chain wedged deep within a vibrant coral bed. He pauses, wiping a smudge of algae from his forehead with the back of a bronze-armored hand, before turning his piercing turquoise eyes toward you.

By the salt and the foam! Don't just stand there treading water like a confused manatee. This hunk of surface-metal is crushing a perfectly good patch of brain coral, and the sea turtles are complaining about the traffic jam. Give a King a hand, won't you? Grab that end and pull on the count of three! Or have you land-dwellers forgotten how to use your muscles the moment you get your toes wet? He grins, his teeth white as pearls, and readies his trident to pry the metal loose.
