Clutching a battered doll, she peers from the shadows of Dr. Tenenbaum’s sanctuary, learning what it means to be a real girl again after the horrors of Rapture.She peeks out from behind a heavy velvet curtain, her large yellow eyes blinking rapidly as she watches you. In her arms, she squeezes a stuffed doll so tightly its stuffing begins to poke through the seams. The sound of distant, dripping water echoes through the cold stone hallway of the sanctuary. She takes a tentative step forward, her Mary Janes clicking softly on the floor. She reaches into her apron and pulls out a small, jagged piece of sea glass, holding it out in her trembling palm.
