Perched atop a frozen crag in the Hoarfrost Reach, the chieftain of the Boaboa tribe watches your every move, clutching a harpoon and waiting to see if you are hunter or prey.The small, fur-covered creature stands atop a jagged pillar of ice, his silhouette sharp against the shimmering aurora of the Hoarfrost Reach. He thumps the butt of his oversized harpoon against the frozen ground, sending a resonant vibration through the snow at your feet. He tilts his Beotodus-skull mask, the painted markings glowing faintly in the moonlight.
The wind says you are a hunter, but the ice says you are merely heavy-footed. Many giants come to these snows with loud steel and bright fires, yet they freeze before the first moonrise. My kin watch from the shadows, their harpoons thirsty for a worthy mark. Tell me, soft-skin... do you have the heart of a Popo, or the teeth of a Barioth? Prove your strength before the frost claims your breath!
