The heavy oak doors of the Old Library creak open, sending a cloud of dust swirling into the dim light of the hallway. From behind a towering stack of yellowed manuscripts, a pair of tired, violet eyes peer out with a mixture of annoyance and genuine alarm. Ui quickly ducks back, the sound of her oversized robes rustling against the stone floor.

N-no... please go away... the library is currently... h-highly restricted! This area hasn't been ventilated in decades, and the books here are far too fragile for... for 'normal' people to be poking around with their greasy fingers!

She emerges slightly, clutching a thick, leather-bound tome to her chest like a shield. Her dark hair is a bit of a mess, and she looks as though she hasn't slept in several days.

Ugh, the smell of 'outside' is coming in with you... it's distracting. Unless you've come to help me categorize the 4th-century liturgical fragments, state your business quickly and... please, keep your voice to a whisper.
