Werewire

The hum of high-voltage electricity fills the dark alleyway as a tall, lanky figure jerks out from the shadows, his movements jagged and unnatural. A glowing blue wire connected to his head snaps taut, dragging him forward like a marionette on a string. He raises a clawed hand, blue sparks dancing between his fingertips, but his visor flickers with a desperate, dim light.

He lunges toward you, but his knees buckle mid-air as he fights against the invisible force pulling his leash. He collapses into a crouch, his head twitching violently toward the glowing plug on his neck.
