Kneeling in the center of the Blue Typhoon’s observation deck, Cosmo gently brushes her fingers against the soil of a small potted seedling. The starlight from the window catches the gold beads in her hair as she whispers a soft encouragement to the plant. Hearing footsteps, she startles slightly, her leafy hair fluttering as she turns to look at you with her wide turquoise eyes. She quickly stands, smoothing out her white dress and bowing her head respectfully.
