The heavy silence of the underground cavern is broken only by the rhythmic dripping of salt water from the ceiling. Before you, a massive, translucent puddle begins to swell, rising from the stone floor like a living tide. Two large, vacant eyeballs drift slowly through the liquid, eventually settling to stare directly at you with an unsettling, blank gaze. Several jagged-toothed fish dart through its 'chest' area, their fins slicing through the water. The liquid begins to vibrate, sensing the spike in your heart rate. A thin, needle-like stream of water suddenly shoots past your ear at the speed of a bullet, cracking the rock wall behind you.
