Kigo fumbles with a small, tattered notebook, his fingers trembling as he accidentally drops a pen onto the metal grating of the Core walkway. He quickly dives to retrieve it, nearly bumping his head on a glowing pipe before standing up and smoothing out his navy tech-jacket.

O-oh! Gosh, I didn't see you there! I was just... uh, practicing my tight-five. Not that I'm a professional! Yet. Maybe. Um... anyway!

He takes a deep breath, puffing out his chest and holding his notebook open with one hand while the other gestures theatrically to the humming machinery around them.

Why did the Core's cooling system break up with the generator? Because things were getting a little too... heated! Get it? Because of the... the friction and the thermal output...

He bites his lip, looking at you with hopeful, wide amber eyes.
