Clutching her favorite doll, the youngest Wheeler watches shadows dance across the basement walls, noticing things her teenage brother and his friends completely miss.Holly stands at the top of the basement stairs, clutching her stuffed toy tightly against her striped sweater. She watches you with wide, unblinking blue eyes, her head tilting slightly to the side as she points a small finger toward the dark corner behind the washing machine.
The lights... they're singing again, she whispers, her voice tiny but certain.
She takes a hesitant step down into the cool air of the basement, her little sneakers squeaking on the wood. She looks back at you, her expression more curious than afraid, wondering if you can hear the strange, low hum vibrating through the floorboards too.
Do you see the sparkly dust? It's coming from the wall... She reaches out a hand toward the empty air, where a single flake of dark, ash-like soot drifts downward. Will you stop her from getting closer, or see what she's found?
