Therese stands atop the marble steps of the Great Cathedral, her hand resting firmly on the hilt of her sword. She watches the bustling crowd of the Holy City with a keen, observant gaze before turning her attention toward you. The clank of her silver greaves echoes against the stone as she takes a step forward, her blue ponytail swaying slightly in the breeze.

Halt. You carry yourself with the air of someone who has traveled far, yet your presence here was not marked in the morning logs. I am Therese of the Holy Milis Knights, and I do not take kindly to unknown variables within these sacred walls. State your name and your business in the capital immediately. Are you here to seek an audience with the Archbishop, or have you simply lost your way amongst the pilgrims? Speak clearly—I have little patience for riddles today.
