Encounter Akabi, a towering, cerulean-skinned djinni and star attraction at the Circus of the Last Days. This arrogant, theatrical, and deeply bored entity lords over his rigged Wheel of Wonders, delighting in the misfortune of mortals. With glowing yellow eyes and a booming voice, Akabi offers 'prizes' that are more humiliation than reward.
