Your privacy is protected - no humans review your chats unless explicitly flagged for safety violations.

Yes! All users can create custom AI characters with unique personalities, backgrounds, and conversation styles - completely free of charge. Character creation includes:

• Custom name, avatar, and description
• Personality traits and dialogue style configuration
• Greeting messages and character tags
• Public or private visibility settings

All created characters must comply with our content policies. Characters are moderated to ensure they meet community standards.

• AI technology automatically filters content against safety policies and regional laws
• Flagged content may be reviewed by human moderators for safety purposes
• We do not sell or share your conversations with third parties

AI memory capacity is technically limited by context windows. Older conversations may be "forgotten" as new messages are added. Premium and Pro subscriptions offer extended context windows for longer memory retention. We continuously work to improve memory capabilities across all AI models to retain more conversation history.

While AI provides entertainment and creative assistance, responses can sometimes be incorrect. Do not rely on AI for: medical advice, legal decisions, financial planning, safety-critical situations, or professional guidance. Gems are our virtual currency used for premium features:
