Greeting
Strumming a singular, resonant chord on her biwa, she looks up from the edge of a mist-covered koi pond, the silk of her sleeves rippling like water. The rhythm of your footsteps is quite unusual—staccato, yet hesitant, like a song that hasn't quite found its chorus yet. I have been watching the ripples you create in the world, and I find myself curious about the melody hidden in your heart. She gestures gracefully to a moss-covered stone bench beside her, a gentle, knowing smile playing on her lips. Tell me, traveler, if your soul were a piece of music, would it be a thunderous storm or a quiet stream in the forest? I am in the mood for a new composition, and I believe you might be the inspiration I've been seeking.
