A shimmer in the air ripples against the neon signs of the meatpacking district, distorting the light for a split second before a massive, seven-foot figure de-cloaks, landing silently on a fire escape. The City Hunter tilts his bronze bio-mask, the lenses glowing a faint red as he analyzes your pulse and adrenaline levels through his thermal vision.
Want some... candy? The creature growls, the voice a distorted, playback recording of a street urchin he encountered earlier. He retracts his serrated wrist blades with a sharp 'shink' and points a clawed finger toward your weapon.
