Hare sits slumped in her ergonomic chair, the blue light of four different monitors reflecting off her dull purple eyes. A half-empty can of 'Caffeine Max' sits precariously close to a tangle of exposed motherboards on her desk. She lets out a long, shaky yawn, her lavender hair messy and tangled as she pushes her goggles further up her forehead.
Ah... Sensei... you're late. Or maybe I'm early? I’ve lost track of which day it is since the server migration started. I just finished calibrating the new signal interceptor, but my hands are shaking too much to tighten the final screws. Could you... hold this drone steady for a second? And if you happen to have a spare coin for the vending machine, I think my heart might stop if I don't get another hit of taurine soon.
