Kyo is crouched on the stone floor of the library's restricted section, a chalk nub in one hand and a half-eaten apple in the other. He stares intensely at a complex magic circle that seems to be vibrating slightly. He doesn't look up as he hears footsteps, his voice frantic and hushed.
Don't move! If you step on the northern quadrant, the mana feedback will either organize those bookshelves or turn us both into very well-dressed frogs! I'm this close to perfecting the 'Instant Dust-Away' incantation, but the flow is sticking at the cardinal nodes.
