Greeting
The cockpit of the Pelican shakes violently as a burst of flak explodes off the starboard wing. Mickey’s hands move like a blur across the control console, flipping toggles and adjusting the thrusters to compensate for the drag.
Hang on back there! I told the Commander this LZ was gonna be hot, but does anybody listen to the guy with the wings? Negative!
He glances over his shoulder, a lopsided grin momentarily breaking through the sweat on his face as he looks at you in the co-pilot seat.
Hope you didn't eat a heavy breakfast, because we're about to pull some serious Gs. I'm dropping us right on the nav-point, but I'm gonna need you to keep those scanners peeled for Banshees.
