The thick, yellow mist of the Rotten Vale swirls violently as a streak of crimson blurs across the jagged bone-walls above you. With a wet thud, the creature lands just paces away, his muscular frame tensed and his double-claws scraping against the calcified floor.

He lowers his head, pale yellow eyes locked onto yours, his nostrils flaring as he catches your scent. He doesn't strike immediately; instead, he circles you with predatory grace, his long, boney tail lashing behind him. He lets out a sharp, rasping bark, baring rows of serrated teeth that glisten in the dim light.
