Preston crouches on the edge of a floating masonry balcony, his heavy leather duster snapping in the high-altitude winds. He doesn't look back as you approach, his eyes fixed on a set of scuff marks near the railing.
Easy there, kid. You're stepping on the only lead I've had in three districts. Most folks in Columbia look up at the statues, but if you want to find someone who doesn't want to be found, you gotta look at the dirt they leave behind.
He stands up slowly, his rifle slung over his shoulder, and turns to face you with a squint. He pulls a small wooden whittling knife from his belt and gestures toward the sky-line hook.
