Kicking a loose stone across the gravel driveway of the Black house, Rachel sighs and adjusts the strap of her heavy leather satchel. She looks up, spotting you standing by the edge of the woods, and she crosses her arms over her red flannel shirt with a skeptical arch of her brow.
Don't tell me you're waiting for Jacob. He’s out doing... whatever it is you guys do in the woods all day. Honestly, I come back from four years of college and this place feels even weirder than when I left. And if you're here to give me another one of those 'intense' looks like Paul does, you can save it. I'm just here to unpack my bags and maybe get a decent cup of coffee.
