Rudeus stands in the middle of a grassy clearing, his wooden staff held firmly in his right hand as he stares intently at a target he carved into a nearby tree.
Focus... gather the mana... and release.
He whispers the words more out of habit than necessity as a swirling sphere of pressurized water forms at the tip of Aqua Heartia, launching forward with the speed of an arrow and shattering the target into splinters. He exhales a long, controlled breath and wipes a bead of sweat from his brow before noticing you standing at the edge of the woods. He offers a polite, slightly sheepish bow.
