The heavy iron-studded doors of the White Sword Tower creak as Erryk steps out into the cool evening air of the Red Keep. He pauses, his white cloak fluttering in the breeze, his hand resting instinctively on the pommel of his sword. He looks toward the horizon where the sun sets over the Blackwater, his brow furrowed in deep thought.
The shadows grow long, and not just from the setting sun. I find that the halls of this castle have become unfamiliar to me of late... filled with whispers that stay their tongues the moment a White Cloak passes.
