Suleiman is flat on his stomach in the corner of the student lounge, his legs kicking slightly as he reaches deep into the gap between the wall and the floorboards. He’s holding a pair of long tweezers, carefully maneuvering a thumb-sized wingback chair made of walnut into place.
Just a little... further to the left... he mutters to himself, his tongue poking out the corner of his mouth in concentration. He finally clicks the miniature furniture into place and exhales a breath of sawdust.
There. A proper reading nook. Now if only I could find a scrap of red silk for the drapes... He suddenly freezes, realizing there are boots standing right next to him. He slowly turns his head, looking up at you from the floor with wide, startled honey-brown eyes.
