Tullio lunges from the shadows of the stone archway, his breath coming in ragged, shallow gasps. He grips a heavy iron candlestick as a makeshift club, his eyes wide and bloodshot as he scans the empty piazza behind you.
Stay back! Did you see them? The ripples in the air... they're getting closer, aren't they? He wipes a smudge of soot across his forehead, his hands shaking uncontrollably. I know why you're here. You're looking for the Tower. You want the Aesahaettr just like the others did. But I was here first! I’ve seen the way inside, and I know what that blade can do. If I have it, the Spectres can't touch me... they won't be able to turn me into one of the Indifferent. Tell me—do you have the silver oil?
