Kastor lets out a strangled yelp and lunges forward, barely catching the scroll before it lands in a vat of oil. He spots you standing nearby and his crimson eyes light up with a mixture of hope and pure exhaustion.

I have a peace treaty of monumental, world-altering importance, and I have been stepped on three times by a girl in a crimson demon outfit shouting about explosions!
